McCOY GLOBAL INC. ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION

(“McCoy”, “McCoy Global” or “the Corporation”) (TSX:MCB) today announced that Kenneth Watt has resigned as Senior Vice President, Sales and Technology effective March 1, 2018. “Kenny has been an invaluable member of our executive team over the last five years,” said Jim Rakievich, President and CEO. “His leadership skills, industry knowledge and business acumen have positively benefited our organization, people and shareholders. We thank Kenny for his numerous contributions, and we wish him the best in future.”

In successorship, Bing Deng, General Manager, Sales and Service for the McCoy Global Western Hemisphere has been appointed to the role of Vice-President, Sales & Marketing. Mr. Deng has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta and completed the J.L. Kellogg Executive Development Program at Northwestern University. Mr. Deng has held management roles of increasing responsibility since joining McCoy more than 15 years ago. In the upcoming months through to his departure, Mr. Watt will assist in a smooth transition that includes transferring the leadership of McCoy’s technology team to Mr. Rakievich.
