Purchase Order Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Extracting/generating scheduling and procurement related information from Clear to Build Report, Part Shortage report or other related reports, and follow-up with stakeholders such as Production, Engineering and/or Sales as well as Suppliers to ensure accurate delivery expectations of goods and/or services.
- Vendor Communication: Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and pricing.
- Communicate any issues that may impact vendor delivery dates with Production and/or Sales.
- Regularly attend team meetings to provide up to date delivery information to Production Control. Coordinate information acquired during meetings to adjust delivery changes with vendors to accommodate changing production demands.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and ensure that all relevant information is entered into the procurement system.
- Ability to execute problem solving skills to resolve issues with late deliveries, discrepancies in quality or quantity, or failure to meet established specifications / guidelines that impact production and/or sales.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop/arrange expediting for critical demand dates of goods and/or services.
- Utilize industry best practices by applying all relevant procedures, tools, and forms to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of expediting.
Buyer Key Responsibilities
- Choose appropriate vendors from McCoy Global approved vendor list to send RFQs for products and/or services.
- Acquire multiple quotes for products and/or services prior to purchase order or purchase based on Price, Availability, and Delivery.
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders by entering relevant data into MRP / ERP system per purchasing procedures.
- Meet forecasted and/or unplanned procurement needs for commodities and/or specific market segments as assigned.
- Approve and issue purchase orders, in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Oversee key supplier contracts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our product delivery strategy
- Coordinate and work with quality and assembly operations to ensure on-time delivery by establishing and monitoring schedule to proactively identify and address any issues.
- Implement and manage robust inventory control systems alongside Finance, ensuring accurate counts and identifying discrepancies proactively

What you’ll bring:
- Undergraduate degree and CPA designation: Hold a relevant undergraduate degree and CPA designation.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience demonstrating strong financial management skills.

- Willingness to travel quarterly to the UAE and Middle East (about one month per quarter) to oversee financial operations and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
What you’ll do:
Financial Management and Oversight:
- Advise the Director of Service and Rental on financial matters: Provide expert financial guidance to support decision-making and strategic planning within the service and rental business unit. Analyze financial performance against key metrics and present pertinent financial highlights that will drive management decision making.
- Prepare and present financial reports: Develop comprehensive financial reports that include service and rental profitability, technician utilization, and return on invested capital, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage statutory audits, corporate taxation, VAT, and other compliance requirements for Eastern Hemisphere entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Implement best practices, policies, and procedures: Establish and enforce financial best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance within the service and rental business.
- Facilitate and streamline the Service and Rental budgeting and forecasting processes: Assist in the preparation and compilation of the service and rental forecasting process by providing historical data, reviewing forecast assumptions, and ensuring accuracy.
- Assist with credit and collections for Eastern Hemisphere customers: Provide support in managing customer credit and collections, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debt.
Financial Systems, Process Improvement and Collaboration:
- Bridge the Western and Eastern Hemispheres for collaboration and knowledge transfer: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams in the Western and Eastern Hemispheres, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and alignment of financial practices.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Controller and finance leaders: Work closely with the Corporate Controller and other finance leaders on reporting, procedures, policies, technology, AI, and ERP systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities and recommendations for process improvement to help drive efficiency and manage risk. Lead continuous improvement of financial and operational reporting tools that give insight to the business performance.
- Oversee the implementation of new financial systems, potentially including rental and service reporting software, and Palantir AI projects, ensuring successful integration and adoption. Further leverage financial systems such as Epicor and Palantir to manage and analyze financial data effectively.

Visa Application Processing:
