WINCATT® weCATT™ TTS IRTT - IRON ROUGHNECK TORQUE TESTER The IRTT is a calibrated torque gauge that is engineered to emulate the specific geometric and material properties of your joints. This likeness allows the IRTT to measure the torque delivered by an Iron Roughneck in situ: the IRTT is placed within the jaws and is loaded just like a joint connection. Since a direct (not derived or estimated) torque measurement is captured by the IRTT, it removes additional calculations, correlations or guess work. The IRTT directly measures the make-up torque that is being delivered to your joint connections. Measurements captured by the IRTT allows an operator to adjust the Iron Roughneck set point to maximize the accuracy of the make-up torque delivered weTORQ - WRENCH AND SPINNER McCoy’s weTORQ™ 100 an integrated wrench and spinner with enhanced torque and range of motion which reduces the need to have people on the rig floor. The weTORQ™ 100 is available in a hanging version. Optional wireless/remote controls also available. HYDRAULIC POWER TONGS CHROMEMASTER CHROMEMASTER™ is an accessory that converts any power tong into a tong capable of running CRA tubulars using non-marking aluminum or GRITFACE® wraparound dies. CHROMEMASTER™ features 3 or 4 jaws which center and securely grip the pipe using high forces required for high torque applications while supporting the tubulars to guard against defamation. All CHROMEMASTER™ models feature an automatically locking door system and a manually operated pressure intensifier system. Operators can easily regulate clamping pressures to allow non-marking makeup of thin walled, low strength or expandable tubular goods. McCoy Global manufactures all of the common dies and inserts used around the world. We keep a large inventory to supply customer’s needs 24/7/365. McCoy Global is also the largest supplier of GRITFACE® dies and inserts for use on CRA tubulars where minimal marking is required. The GRITFACE® coating allows you to use your standard handling tools with CRA strings because the coating prevents contamination and marking. McCoy inserts provide the accuracy you need for critical applications. Our dies are heat-treated to provide maximum insert life. We also offer a variety of tooth patterns to securely grip the hardest strings of casing, tubing, and drill pipe. We know that today's hostile well environments often use corrosion-resistant alloy (CRA) tubulars that require special handling tools. Our GRITFACE® Inserts allow you to use your standard handling tools with CRA strings because the GRITFACE® Coating prevents contamination and marking. It's economical and allows you to use the tools you have on hand. About GRITFACE® The GRITFACE® die and insert coating system combines the use of extremely hard grit particles, high strength corrosion resistant brazing materials and application processes which insure optimum dimensional control. WEVERIFY II TORQUE CALIBRATION BAR From the global market leader in well construction equipment for ensuring connection integrity, McCoy Global’s weVERIFY II torque calibration bar and display is the solution for calibrating Bucking Units in non-hazardous environments. When inaccurate torque is delivered by the bucking unit to your make-up connections it can cause damage to tubulars, dropped strings, leaks, and other connection failures that result in downtime in the critical path. You reduce the likelihood of all those things occurring if you check the torque delivery from your bucking unit on a regular basis. The weVERIFY II provides improved accuracy in its calibration capability through its separating grip adapters from the sensors, removing the effects of irrelevant forces being applied to the sensors, and only transmitting torque forces. In addition, the gauging selection and application increases accuracy by now including eight discreet strain gauges placed at 45° and cross-wired to one another which reduces the effects of radial and bending forces impacting the torque reading. • Wireless wifi communication via a McCoy developed app that sends the data in real time as your bucking unit is being calibrated. McCoy inserts provide the accuracy you need for critical applications. Our dies are heat-treated to provide maximum insert life. We also offer a variety of tooth patterns to securely grip the hardest strings of casing, tubing, and drill pipe. We know that today's hostile well environments often use corrosion-resistant alloy (CRA) tubulars that require special handling tools. Our GRITFACE® Inserts allow you to use your standard handling tools with CRA strings because the GRITFACE® Coating prevents contamination and marking. It's economical and allows you to use the tools you have on hand. About GRITFACE® The GRITFACE® die and insert coating system combines the use of extremely hard grit particles, high strength corrosion resistant brazing materials and application processes which insure optimum dimensional control. McCoy Global offers strain gage (gauge) installation services for those customers who do not have the capability or capacity to perform the strain gage bonding process. Strain gages can be installed on many products and components to verify finite element models, measure static and dynamic forces or to create custom load transducers. We are an ISO 9001 company with a highly skilled team of engineers and technicians with over 30 years’ experience in producing strain gage based load cells. Our engineers can help you identify the type of strain gages and bonding material needed for your application and determine the best location to bond the strain gages on your part. We specialize in bonding strain gages in difficult locations which are subjected to extreme environmental conditions. Some of the materials that we have bonded strain gages to include: steel, aluminum, carbon fiber, plastics, and titanium. The IRTT is a calibrated torque gauge that is engineered to emulate the specific geometric and material properties of your joints. This likeness allows the IRTT to measure the torque delivered by an Iron Roughneck in situ: the IRTT is placed within the jaws and is loaded just like a joint connection.
